Shipping Information

Packaging

To help ensure the safe arrival of your order I take care to package the prints with as much protection as possible. All prints are rolled, placed in a stiff cardboard tube and then packaged within a cardboard box for added protection.

We have eliminated use of plastic tape and most of the materials are recyclable, however if you want to use the cardboard tube again I have found it makes a good umbrella stand or tunnel for a pet!

UK Orders

All UK orders over £150 receive free shipping via UPS. This is a tracked service and details of your order will be sent via email on dispatch.

For orders under £150 costs are calculated at the checkout and are dispatched via Royal Mail.

European Orders

For all European orders delivery costs are calculated at the checkout and are dispatched via UPS or Royal Mail.

Unfortunately, since the Uk left the EU shipping costs to Europe have increased substantially. Orders sent from the UK are now subject to local customs and sales taxes. This payment will be due before the prints are released from customs and is the responsibility of the customer. Please check your email inbox as your local tax authority/UPS will contact you in this way.

Note: At present the system seems to be unpredictable with its application and the amount charged differing from country to country. I have been unable to find a definitive list of charges but from experience (and as a rough guide) these charges can add up to 25% to the order cost. The exact amount can vary, so I can't offer any guarantees. If you are in doubt, I would advise checking with your local government website before ordering.

North America

For all North American orders delivery costs are calculated at the checkout. Print orders will be dispatched via UPS with delivery usually taking up to five working days. Local taxes may be added to your order and the payment of this is the responsibility of the purchaser. If you are in doubt, I would advice checking with your local government website before ordering.
