Alice Pattullo was born in Newcastle Upon Tyne in 1988. Alice studied Illustration at Brighton University where she was chosen to study as part of an exchange programme for a semester at Minneapolis College of Art and Design. She went on to graduate with a First Class Honours in 2010.
Since graduating Alice has worked predominantly with screen print, producing limited edition prints which she exhibits and sells across the country and internationally, alongside working on commissioned illustrations. Research is at the heart of her practice, and her work is often inspired by British folk tradition and superstition. Alice is inspired by mid-century design and strives to create a nostalgic aesthetic in her own work through colour choices and composition.
